Send us your PC base unit and we will diagnose your PC problems and repair your system. UK mainland only. You will need to package the base unit ready for picking up. (www.parcel2go.com)

Software installation: (there is additional charge for the software unless you supply it)

Hardware installation: (there is an additional charge for the hardware unless you supply it)

We aim for a turn around of 5 working days from delivery date. If we cannot fix your problem you will be refunded your money less return delivery charge, or you can get the base unit picked up from us.(www.parcel2go.com) If the problem requires additional charges i.e. new hard drive then you will be informed of the cost prior to installation. If you decide not to go ahead we will refund your money less return delivery charge, or you can get the base unit picked up from us. (www.parcel2go.com)

PC playing up? Don't they always? I can connect to your PC remotely and diagnose your computer problems.

If you have an internet connection and email working, I can connect to your Windows PC remotely and diagnose most computer problems you may be experiencing. Ask a specific question before purchasing this and I can tell you if it is possible to complete using remote access. You also have the option of sending the base unit to us in Cambridge where we can test it in our workshop.

We will send you an email with a link that will allow us to connect to your PC and hopefully sort out your problem. There will be a chat screen available during the connection.
